Our trainers are well versed and certified in many aspects of physical training and fitness. From Bikini Fitness and Muscle Gain to Pre/Postnatal Exercise and Weight Loss and everything in between. Our gym is for people who don’t fit into cookie cutter gym molds and want something that works for them specifically.
Schedule a Session
Grab your group of 6 you feel comfortable with and enjoy an hour of the gym by yourselves. Temperature checks upon entrance. The fee is $10 per person.

I don’t know why anybody would give this place anything less than a 5-star rating! Their prices are great, they are patient and don’t make their clients feel rushed! I’ve been participating in programming and have received services from Oregon Fitness over the last month and I am very pleased with my experience. The location is convenient and I feel very comfortable with the intimate private studio space and the trainers working with me. Their knowledge had been very educational and their ability to modify exercises for me due to a back injury involving a herniated disc in my lower lumbar has made me feel confident. They have a variety of fitness equipment that meets my needs and I’ve enjoyed having the opportunity to exercise with my friends in a small group setting. The team at Oregon Fitness has given me extensive clear information on proper nutritional practices.
